Properties llp is a real estate company engaged in the
acquisition, development, renovation, ownership and management
of residential and commercial real estate in the Greater
North Shore of Massachusetts. The company was founded
by father and son, Joe and John Maglio.
Joe Maglio became interested in home building and remodeling
as a teenager working with his grandfather and uncle
who were plaster contractors. He later went to work
as a cement finisher for a pool company before leaving
for California where he worked as a carpenter. After
returning to Massachusetts Joe worked for his uncle
performing all phases of building and remodeling. He
later became an electrician but through the years remodeled
fourteen homes and buildings with the help of his wife
and children.
Assisting Joe with remodeling projects as a kid is
how John first discovered his interest in the building
trade. John began working as a carpenter in his early
20’s while earning his bachelors degree from Suffolk
University. After completing his degree he continued
working as a carpenter for a few years and also obtained
his contractors license. He worked a total of ten years
as a carpenter in the north shore area before taking
a position as a Code Enforcement Officer which he is
also presently employed as.
Joe and John
have joined together to form Maglio Properties llp,
where they can both focus their interests, experience
and passion in real estate and the building trade. A
commitment to excellence in all projects is a top priority.
